Submit online: Entries submitted online using the form below are $25. Your entry fee includes a donation to Furry Friendzy Animal Rescue & Wildlife Rehab and a 1-year subscription to D Magazine.
Submit by mail: If you’d like to skip the entry fee, you can do so by mailing an application to our office. This option is a little more work, but hey, it’s free. You will still be entered to win a photo shoot, full-page ad in an upcoming issue of D Magazine, plus a post on our Instagram featuring your pet.
