Bartender (we hate the word “mixologist” as much as you do) Eddie “Lucky” Campbell is no stranger to bizarre cocktail ingredients, but his new Uptown spot, Parliament, may take the cake. In the Jing, deer-antler extract is mixed with Suntory Yamakazi 18-year single-malt whisky, Byrrh Grand Quinquina, five-spice bitters, vanilla, and finished with a lemon peel and microplaned deer antler. The only thing that will shock you more is the $27 price tag.
